This role exists to manage and prioritise the IT development pipeline, oversee portal, the App, and integrated systems (including HubSpot and APIs), and ensure that all technology solutions align with business goals. Key Responsibilities for the Software Development Manager/IT Manager: Team Leadership & Management Proven experience managing IT/development teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Solid technical background across software development, mobile apps, APIs, full-stack, and web technologies. Experience managing and integrating multiple systems, including CRM platforms (eg, HubSpot). Strong knowledge of portal and app development lifecycle. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
