In 2016, after an amazing recruitment journey so far, REAL Technical Solutions was formed with a group of likeminded, experienced professionals from the Information Technology, Banking and Service Delivery industries. The core focus is to provide a quality service to both clients and candidates.

The ethos is based on building close business partnerships, with the belief that communication, honesty and loyalty is the key to success. Everyone at RTS enjoys their work and are encouraged to be professional, organised, but more importantly, do it with a smile on their face and treat people the right way.
