Project Co-ordinator/Implementation Co-ordinator/Junior Project Manager £300 per day (Outside IR35) – Must be able to drive and live in the South of England to travel to various sites across – this is still a hybrid role though My client, a leading, technology strong, professional services company, seek a Project Co-ordinator/Implementation Co-ordinator/Junior Project Manager – different titles, as it could fit all. The role is really a Junior PM role, and my client seeks a doer, someone with plenty of initiative. Someone who can project plan and who can outline training requirements with field teams, pulling together lots of documentation. They have been working with the same supplier for over 14 years and need someone who can decipher what is required from day one. Ideally you will have full project life cycle experience. Behaviourally, they require someone who is strong in delivering planned actions, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and someone who can guide suppliers through change. Training will be face to face, so you must be able to get to the different site locations (Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, IoW). Scope of the Project Co-ordinator/Implementation Co-ordinator/Junior Project Manager role: The Wastewater Transformation team has been established to manage a range of projects and initiatives aimed at delivering efficiencies and improving operational performance to meet the expectations of our Customers, Regulators and Shareholders. The Project Co-ordinator/Implementation Co-ordinator/Junior Project Manager, will work closely with the delivery team and key stakeholders, providing support that will enable the successful delivery of Systems, Process and Organisational design business change to meet business objectives. The programme this role will be allocated to works to mobilise 11 contracts for our new Strategic Waste Management Services Framework. The Project Co-ordinator/Implementation Co-ordinator/Junior Project Manager role will involve: Work with project/programme team to define and manage the project delivery plan, and ensure it is accurately documented and maintained in designated tools. Coordination of and delivery of workstream/project/programme activities allocated. Sourcing of information and supporting the production and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc material to support training, processes, internal and external communications. Provide insight to and support with all change management actions, including Training of key Stakeholders including third parties. Provision of project/workstream reporting to support Stakeholder engagements. Proactively identify, raise and support the management of any project and programme risks. Engage with key programme/project stakeholders and third parties to ensure material is produced and quality assured in time for distribution. Liaison with other contributors external to the Transformation Portfolio Office as required. Acts as the single point of contact for the
