£350 - £450 per day – 6 months rolling – 6 months rolling – London with some UK travel
A leading global professional services company based in London, urgently seek an experienced Business Analyst with strong experience within the 3 core areas:
- Software delivery / lifecycle.
- Change Management.
- Senior Stakeholder Management.
As the Business Analyst – Software Delivery / Change Management, you will have core skills within working on software delivery projects, to a large scale (2000 users plus), ideally working within and travelling to multiple offices with the UK – any Real Estate / Property Management industry is a bonus.
Core skills: Experience of gathering business requirements, run demo’s, lead workshops and be able to influence and control meetings and step in for the Project Manager in their absence.
As the Business Analyst – Software Delivery / Change Management, you will have experience within:
- Any previous business analysis experience within delivering new platforms, software / applications on a large scale, Data Migrations, refresh programmes, system implementation and improvement project experience would be beneficial.
- Ideally you will have some real estate industry knowledge and have worked in enterprise environments (or at least 2000 users), with exposure to working on multiple sites.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a good understanding of Change Management within a project and corporate environment.
- Managing multiple site stakeholders and have the strength to be able to challenge them.
- Negotiation co-ordination skills.
Additional experience / knowledge for the Business Analyst – Software Delivery / Change Management position required:
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT management best practices.
- Experience of working with off-shore teams is a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, or equivalent relevant experience.
