As we continue to modernize our infrastructure and embrace digital transformation, we are seeking an experienced Operational Technology Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that bridge the gap between IT and industrial systems. Role Overview for the Operational Technology Project Manager role: As an OT Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects focused on operational technology systems, including SCADA, telemetry, PLCs, and industrial control systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, IT, and field operations teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget-while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards. Key Responsibilities for the Operational Technology Project Manager role: Lead end-to-end delivery of OT projects across water treatment, distribution, and monitoring systems. Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocations in alignment with business goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful execution. Manage risks, change control, and project governance processes. Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and cybersecurity standards. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and project sponsors. Essential Skills & Experience for the Operational Technology Project Manager role: Proven experience managing OT projects in the utilities, water, or industrial sectors. Strong understanding of SCADA, telemetry, PLCs, and industrial control systems. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles in OT environments (eg, NIS Directive, IEC 62443). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong project management skills (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent). Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities. Desirable: Experience with water industry standards and regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of asset management systems and data integration platforms. Engineering or technical background in automation or control systems. Agile project delivery experience.
