You will have the scope to see and implement change, All whilst leading a team ensuring that they deliver the right quality and driving a continuous service improvement culture. Required knowledge/experience for the Programme Manager – Operational Technology/OT systems: Operational Technology/OT systems enterprise implementation experience. PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent certification. Agile qualification or experience. Demonstrable experience in managing enterprise scale programmes and portfolio/programme deliveries. People management experience including performance reviews, career development, coaching and mentoring. Experience of managing Project Managers in the delivery of simple, medium and large projects. Experience of procurement and management of 3rd party suppliers for services, software and infrastructure. Experience of working in a Matrix function alongside Business, Service. Required Capabilities for the Programme Manager – Operational Technology/OT systems: Strong Programme and Project Management. Strong people management and development. Strong stakeholder management (IT and Business). Ability to influence and motivate others in IT and Business. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Business acumen, staff management, staff recruitment and performance management. Fostering an environment of best practise, information sharing, cross training and process improvement. Quality Control on Projects. Good to have for the Programme Manager – Operational Technology/OT systems: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Average 10+ years prior experience in Senior Project management/Programme Management.
