What you’ll do as the Operational Data Executive/SQL Administrator: Generate, analyse, and visualise operational data to support marketing, finance, sales, and product teams. Maintain processes for B2C payment processing, customer onboarding, and product fulfilment. Lead CRM-related projects to optimise the customer journey. Keep up-to-date with data tools, CRM best practices, GDPR, and industry trends. What we’re looking for: Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
