Lead Maximo Solutions Architect (Maximo/GIS experience) £800 per day OUTSIDE IR35/Worthing, this role can be based mainly remotely, but there will be the requirement to visit the office in Worthing for workshops/planning meetings/events My client a leading technology strong professional services company seek an experienced Solution Architect to be responsible for IT Roadmap and Solutioning covering areas such as Asset Management (Maximo) and GIS (Geographic Information System), IT Networks and various data and application initiatives. This role is working for a leading utilities company, so any utilities, engineering or manufacturing industry experience is favourable. Programme level Solution Architecture experience with Maximo (and GIS) experience would be ideal, for this Lead Maximo Solutions Architect position: This is a programme level Solution Architect for an Operational Asset Management programme and GIS planning. This will involve rolling Maximo out to the wider business (long term contract opportunity) – parts of which have already implemented in certain geographical locations, but the stage of the programme requires a lot more stakeholder management engagement, as well as having strong technical, delivery and implementation skills and experience. Once further geographical locations have been delivered, then the organisation will move to implement a wider functionality usage within the business, to maximise its impact on the organisation. a lot more functionality for Asset Management to deliver. They want someone to come in, unify the roadmap and deliver from a high level, with experience of end to end design and implementation. Maximo experience essential. Looking for candidates with Programme level stakeholder management, able to confidently speak with execs and technical stakeholders. Further notes for the Lead Maximo Solutions Architect position: Whilst Maximo is important, this role will focus on high level Stakeholder management/engagement, as well as the delivery and implementation. They still want someone to write high level designs (you will write the End 2 End design), write the documentation. They want someone who can unify their roadmap/s, business and people. They want someone with gravitas, who can influence and challenge. Someone who can be clear on delivery and a strong coordinator.
