Good compliance background, especially around DWI/Drinking Water Inspectorate. Strong stakeholder management experience. My client a leading technology strong professional services company is looking for a robust Programme Manager who has been involved in large, enterprise-wide projects/programmes, ideally in the utilities sector and with a strong knowledge of DWI Compliance. This DWI Programme Manager is responsible for the planning, management and delivery of the overall programme. The programme will deliver on an agreed objective within an agreed timescale, budget and quality constraints. Required Capabilities for the DWI Programme Manager: Previous utilities/water/wastewater industry knowledge. Strong Programme and Project Management. Strong people management and development. Strong stakeholder management (IT and Business). Ability to influence and motivate others in IT and Business. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Business acumen, staff management, staff recruitment and performance management. Fostering an environment of best practise, information sharing, cross training and process improvement. Quality Control on Projects. Good to have for the DWI Programme Manager: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Average 10+ years prior experience in Senior Project management/Programme Management.
