Azure Technical Lead – Data Focused/Insurance 3 to 6 months rolling contract/£600 per day (Outside IR35) – Surrey or Hampshire, but can be fully remote My client a leading insurance company, are on the hunt for a contract Azure Technical Lead with a keen eye for data and a knack for cloud technologies, specifically Azure. Core -information: As the Azure Technical Lead – Data Focused/Insurance, you would need to really own their set up and make decisions on how things should work with evidence, and then oversee multiple pieces of improvement work on Azure. Ideally with previous experience at a few large companies who have Azure and know what good support and operations look like around it. The Azure Technical Lead will be responsible for: Driving and contributing to the research, design, documentation, and modification of Cloud Infrastructure throughout its production life cycle. The ideal candidate will provide optimal technical solutions across the Azure Infrastructure platforms stack, possessing detailed knowledge and implementation skills of Azure Patterns, Design, and Migration best practices. Skills required for the Azure Technical Lead: Hands-on experience with Azure Services, Windows/Linux platform. In depth knowledge with Azure architectures, operations and implementations. In depth knowledge of the Azure computing platform, its many services and dimensions of scalability. Experience working with Automation tools, Cloud management tools. Knowledge of federated authentication and authorization models. As the Azure Technical Lead – Data Focused/Insurance, you will align to industry best practice, adopting and driving improvements in governance and ensuring the business information security strategy aligns to internal platforms is a key part of the role.
